TODD HEYMAN began his career at New England's largest advertising agency, Hill Holliday. A move to New York, landed Heyman in the film promotion world, developing trailer and poster campaigns and rebranding forMiramax Films.
His first film as writer/director, Wholey Moses, starring Stephan Paternot, Shannyn Sossamon(A Knights Tale, Rules Of Attraction, 40 Days & 40 Nights), Linda Hamilton (Terminator I & II) was a finalist at theTribeca Film Festival as well as competing in festivals across the globe, eventually landing exclusively on HBO nationally and internationally.
Heyman's commercial directing career is flourishing. His first spot, Nike "The Getaway", was an honoree for Best Commercial at the Webby Awards and has been praised in Shoot for it's innovative approach. His Hagerty Auto Insurance "Cougar" Spot was selected by Creativity Magazine's Top Ten and the campaign was rated Hagerty's most successful ever. Heyman's AAMCO campaign was featured in AdWeek and AdAge as AAMCO's biggest ever.
Heyman writes his own treatments, draws his boards and often edits his own spots.
An accomplished screenwriter, Heyman is currently in development to direct a romantic thriller, slated for 2012.
